BOOKING POLICY At Sleek Lux Salon, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking: ⸻ APPOINTMENTS All appointments must be booked online. Same-day appointments are based on availability. Walk-ins are welcome as availability allows; however, walk-in services are accommodated ONLY in between scheduled appointments. Walk-in service is not guaranteed, and wait times may vary. Priority is always given to pre-booked clients. For guaranteed service time, we strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance. Deposits go toward your service total. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. ⸻ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late must call or text immediately to notify the salon. Failure to notify may result in appointment cancellation, and the appointment time may be released to another guest. If you arrive late and choose to proceed with your appointment: • Service time may be extended • If your service overlaps with the next scheduled guest, your service may be paused while on-time clients are serviced • You may be required to wait between service segments until the stylist becomes available to finish • A $15 late fee will be added to your service total Please notify the salon as soon as possible if you are running late or need to cancel so accommodations can be made and the time may be offered to another guest. Courtesy Clause: To show that we value your time, if the stylist is more than 10 minutes late, a $15 courtesy discount will be applied to your service. ⸻ SERVICE CHANGES Service changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day changes may not be accommodated and may require rebooking. ⸻ PAYMENT METHODS ***DEPOSIT REQUIRED*** We accept all major debit/credit cards and digital payment methods. Cash is not accepted. Payment is due after services are completed, at the time of checkout. ⸻ GUEST POLICY No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced. This ensures a calm, luxury experience for all clients. ⸻ PREP POLICY Clients with heavy oils, excessive product buildup, and/or excessive matting are required to book a Detox Treatment and/or Detangling Service in addition to their selected service. If the required add-on is not booked: • The appointment time may be extended to properly complete the service • If the service extends into the next scheduled appointment, the client may be required to wait until the stylist becomes available to finish • Additional charges will be added for the required services once assessed All services include a shampoo, along with a complimentary treatment selected by the stylist based on your hair’s needs. ⸻ REFUNDS All services are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please notify us before leaving so we can assist. ⸻ RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Sleek Lux Salon reserves the right to refuse service for chronic lateness, no-shows, disrespectful behavior, or violation of policies. ⸻ BOOKING AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.d
